We collect the email address you use to create your account, the photos you upload for analysis, your stated appearance goals and preferences (including optional self-described gender identity, age range, cultural context, profession, and climate region), and platform usage data (pages visited, features used) to keep the service running and improve it over time. Gender identity, age range, and cultural context are used only to tune the AI analysis to your reality and are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Photos you upload to Fix Style are private to you. They are not visible to other users, are never displayed publicly, and are stored in encrypted private storage scoped to your account. We do not share your photos with advertisers, data brokers, marketing partners, or any unrelated third party. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
Photos are used solely to generate your personalized appearance improvement guidance — your analysis, your pathway, wardrobe recommendations, and (if you request them) concept visual previews. Photos are processed by our AI systems for the duration needed to generate your results and stored in your private storage area until you delete them or your account.
You can delete individual photos, individual analyses, or your entire account at any time from the My Account page. Account deletion is permanent and removes your photos, analyses, pathway, wardrobe, previews, progress logs, and profile data from our systems. Backup copies are purged within 30 days of deletion.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with third-party service providers strictly to operate the service — hosting (Supabase), AI processing (OpenAI for vision analysis), and payment processing (Stripe). Each provider operates under a data processing agreement that limits use to providing services to Fix Style.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling cookies.
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Most actions can be performed from your My Account page. For other requests — including data portability, restriction of processing, or formal complaints — contact us at the address below.
We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted transit (TLS), encrypted storage at rest, private storage buckets scoped to each account, and Row Level Security on every database table. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Fix Style is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us so we can delete it.
